The CRM that lives in your chat.

Manage contacts, companies and deals by talking to ChatGPT or Claude. Your assistant records every call, email and meeting on a timeline, and shows you tables, cards, a deals board and reports inside the conversation. Nothing to install, nothing new to learn.

Free up to 100 contacts. No card required.

You: Show me my open deals.

Here is your pipeline: 20 open deals across four stages.

Deals Board · CRM For AI
The CRM For AI Deals Board inside a chat: four stage columns (New, Qualified, Proposal, Negotiation) with deal cards showing value, company, contact and close date, and collapsed Won and Lost columns.

Up and running in two minutes.

  1. Add CRM For AI to your assistant.

Find it in the ChatGPT app directory or the Claude connector directory, or add it to another MCP client with one URL.

  2. Sign in once.

Use a one-time code sent to your email. Your private database is created on the spot.

  3. Start talking.

“Add a contact”, “Who did I meet last week?”, “Move the Acme deal to Proposal”. Ask to see a table, a card, the deals board or a report whenever you want to review or edit in bulk.

Already have contacts somewhere else? Say “import my contacts” and attach a spreadsheet, paste the rows, share a link, or open the upload link your assistant gives you. Companies are created from the company column automatically.

Say it, and it's done.

Eight things people ask CRM For AI in their first week.

You sayWhat happens
“Add Priya Shah, priya@northwind.io, Head of Ops at Northwind. Tag her ‘webinar-sept’.”Contact created, Northwind company linked, tags applied. The card appears so you can check it.
“Who have I not contacted in 90 days that's tagged ‘customer’?”A table of matching contacts, sortable, with last-contact dates.
“Create a $12,000 deal for Northwind called ‘Ops automation’, stage Proposal, closing end of month.”Deal created and logged on Northwind's timeline; the deals board shows it in Proposal.
“Go through my inbox from the last week and add anyone new to CRM For AI, with a note on what we discussed.”New contacts created, each with a dated note summarising the thread.
“Read my thread with Dana at Acme and update the Acme website deal: move it to Negotiation and log her reply.”Deal moved to Negotiation; Dana's reply logged as a received email on the deal and contact timelines.
“Who emailed me this month that isn't in my CRM yet?”A list of senders with no matching contact, ready to add in one step.
“What's happened with Acme this quarter?”A timeline summary: calls, emails, meetings, stage changes, with dates.
“Give me a CSV of everyone opted in to email who's tagged ‘newsletter’.”A download link, ready to hand to your email tool.

Email examples require connecting your email account (for example Gmail or Outlook) to your AI assistant. CRM For AI never reads or sends email itself; your assistant reads your mail and records what you ask it to in CRM For AI.

Let your assistant work your inbox.

Connect your email to the same assistant, and CRM For AI becomes the place it writes things down.

New contacts from this week's email

“Go through my inbox from the last week and add anyone new to CRM For AI, with a note on what we discussed.”

Your assistant reads the threads, creates the contacts and companies, and dates each note to the conversation.

Update a deal from a thread

“Read my thread with Dana at Acme and update the Acme website deal: move it to Negotiation and log her reply.”

The stage changes on the deals board and her reply sits on the timeline, so next week you can ask what happened.

Find people who emailed you but aren't in the CRM

“Who emailed me this month that isn't in my CRM yet?”

Your assistant compares senders against CRM For AI and offers to add the ones you choose.

CRM For AI keeps the record. Your assistant, with your own email connection, does the reading and the sending.

Everything a small CRM needs. Nothing it doesn't.

Contacts and custom fields

Standard fields for name, email, phone, company, role, address and status, plus up to 100 custom fields of 11 types across contacts, companies and deals.

Companies and deals

Link contacts to companies. Track deals with value, stage, probability and close date through one pipeline you can rename and reorder.

Activity timeline

Every call, meeting, email sent or received, import, merge and deal change lands on the record's timeline, dated when it happened. Ask “what's happened with Acme this quarter?”

Tags and lists

Tag contacts, companies and deals on the fly. Build static contact lists by hand or smart lists from a saved filter that stay current automatically.

Dated notes

Log what was said against the date it happened, not just when you typed it. Pin the notes that matter.

Import and export

Bring contacts in from any CSV or Excel file, pasted rows or a link, with column mapping, company linking, dedupe and a seven-day undo. Export contacts, companies, deals and notes any time, on any plan.

Reports and charts

Ask “how is my pipeline?” and get a chart: deals by stage, won and lost, forecast by close month, contacts by status or source. Switch to a table, change the period, compare with the last one.

Message templates

Save the messages you send often, with merge fields like the contact's first name. CRM For AI fills them in; your assistant sends them with your own email connection.

Team seats

Invite admins, members and viewers to one shared workspace. Every record has an owner, so “my deals” means yours. No per-seat charge.

Visual screens in chat

Ask for a contacts table, a contact card, the deals board, the import wizard or a report and it renders inside the conversation. Edit inline, drag deals between stages, send a selection back to the chat.

Works with your email tools

CRM For AI never reads or sends email. Connect Gmail or Outlook to the same assistant and let it read threads, record what matters, and draft or send to the segment CRM For AI returns.

See your CRM without leaving the conversation.

Questions people ask.

Does CRM For AI send email?

No. CRM For AI stores and organizes contacts, companies and deals. To email people, connect your email provider to the same assistant and ask it to draft or send to a segment CRM For AI returns. Saved message templates work the same way: CRM For AI fills in the merge fields, and your assistant sends the text with your own email connection. CRM For AI only emails you about your own account. Email examples require connecting your email account (for example Gmail or Outlook) to your AI assistant. CRM For AI never reads or sends email itself; your assistant reads your mail and records what you ask it to in CRM For AI.

Can CRM For AI read my email?

No. CRM For AI has no access to your mailbox. When you ask your assistant to go through your inbox and add contacts or update deals, the assistant reads your mail through your own email connection and records in CRM For AI only what you ask it to. Email examples require connecting your email account (for example Gmail or Outlook) to your AI assistant. CRM For AI never reads or sends email itself; your assistant reads your mail and records what you ask it to in CRM For AI.

Does it have a sales pipeline?

Yes. Deals have a value, stage, probability and expected close date, and move through one pipeline whose stages you can rename, reorder and add to. The Deals Board shows it as a board inside your chat, and the Reports screen charts it by stage, owner or close month. Multiple pipelines are on the roadmap.

Can I use it without ChatGPT?

Yes. CRM For AI works with Claude. It is built on the open MCP standard, so other clients that support remote MCP servers (such as VS Code, Cursor and Goose) should work too, though we have not tested them yet. Your account and data are the same everywhere.

What counts toward my contact limit?

Only contacts. Companies, deals, notes, tags and lists do not count. Contacts in the 30-day trash do not count either.

What happens when I hit 100 contacts on the Free plan?

You keep full access to everything you have: search, edit, tag, note, deals, reports and export. You just can't add new contacts until you choose a paid plan on this website or trim your list.

Can I import from HubSpot, Google Contacts or a spreadsheet?

Yes. Export a CSV or Excel file from the other tool, then attach it in the chat, paste the rows, share a link, or open the upload link your assistant gives you on your phone or computer. CRM For AI maps columns, links companies from the company column, detects duplicates and lets you undo within seven days. Deals import is coming soon.

Is my data isolated from other customers?

Yes. Each account gets its own database. Your data is never in the same table as anyone else's, and the assistant can only reach the database tied to your sign-in.

Can my team share a CRM For AI account?

Yes. Invite people as admins, members or viewers; each person signs in with their own email and connects their own assistant to the shared workspace. Free includes 1 seat, Starter 2, Growth 5 and Scale 15. There is no per-seat charge.

What if I cancel?

Nothing is deleted. Your account returns to the Free limits. Everything you stored stays searchable and exportable; you just can't add contacts above 100 until you renew.

Is there a web app?

Only a small account page for your plan and billing, connected assistants, members, a full export and account deletion. It never shows your records. Your CRM is managed through your assistant, where CRM For AI renders tables, cards, a deals board and reports on request.

What if CRM For AI can't do something I ask?

Your assistant tells you, suggests what it can do instead, and files a feature request with us describing what you wanted, so we know what to build next.

Is it secure to keep client data here?

CRM For AI uses standard OAuth sign-in, encrypts data in transit and at rest, keeps an activity log, and never stores passwords. Read the security overview for details, including what you should not store (payment card numbers, government IDs, health data, passwords and API keys).

Give your assistant a memory for people and deals.
