Questions about plans
What counts toward the limit?
Only contacts. Companies, deals, notes, tags and lists do not, and neither do contacts in the 30-day trash.
What happens at the limit?
Adding contacts pauses; everything else keeps working: search, edit, deals, reports and export. Nothing is ever deleted because of a plan change.
How do seats work?
A seat is a person in your workspace (owner, admin, member or viewer) or an open invitation. Each plan includes the seats shown above at no extra charge. On a smaller plan, members beyond its seats are paused until a seat is free; their records stay.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time from your account page; the plan runs to the end of the year you paid for, then the Free limits apply. First purchases can be refunded within 14 days.
More than 25,000 contacts?
Prices in US dollars, billed annually. Hosted on Cloudflare; choosing EU storage is planned for v1.1.
